Team Lead Speech Pathologist – Brisbane | $120K–$130K + Super


Are you an experienced Speech Pathologist ready to step into a leadership role while maintaining a meaningful clinical caseload? We are partnering with two highly regarded organisations in Brisbane seeking Team Lead Speech Pathologists to join their growing teams.

These opportunities offer a blend of clinical work and mentoring responsibilities, with reduced KPIs to support your leadership development.


🔹 The Opportunities


1. Community Mixed Caseload (NDIS Focus)

• Lead a team of 4 Speech Pathologists & Allied Health Assistants
• Work within a multidisciplinary team (OTs, Physios, EPs & Psychologists)
• Deliver services to a diverse NDIS caseload
• Join a growing national provider with strong career progression pathways (Area Lead opportunities)

Benefits:

• $120,000 – $130,000 + Super
• $3,000 CPD allowance + 3 days study leave
• 3 months maternity leave
• 4 additional wellbeing leave days

2. Clinic-Based Paediatric Role

• Support a small team (new graduate + early career Speech Pathologist)
• Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists in a multidisciplinary setting
• Work with children aged 0–18 (primarily 3–9 years; ADHD, Autism focus)
• Flexible 9-day fortnight (1 WFH day + 1 RDO)

• $120,000 – $130,000 + Super
• $2,000 CPD allowance + 5 days study leave
• Full administrative support

🔹 About You

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA registration
• 5+ years of experience working with paediatric and/or NDIS caseloads
• Passion for mentoring and developing clinicians
• Strong communication and leadership skills
